Bradleya – Call for papers

Yearbook of the British Cactus and Succulent Society

Call for papers

Deadline: 30 September each year

Authors are invited to submit articles or papers for the next issue of Bradleya. The deadline for submission of manuscripts is usually the end of September of the previous year.

All submissions must relate to the conservation of cacti and/or other succulents. This will be interpreted in its broadest sense and include ecology, culture or history, if focussed appropriately.

Although there is no strict limitation on length, papers or articles should be no more than 6,000 words. Longer papers may be acceptable at the discretion of the Editorial Board. Colour illustration is encouraged.

Papers and articles must be written in a style that will be easily understood by the non-specialist. The readership will include many who have little or no technical knowledge of plant science. Submissions should follow the general authors’ guidelines as published in Bradleya. If needed, these can be obtained from the editor.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed and selected by the Bradleya Editorial Board.

Articles and papers should be submitted by email or WeTransfer.
